Our kid's classes focus on teaching your children the basic positions, movements, and techniques of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Classes are structured with exercises, technique instruction, and drills. Children are taught how to properly interact with other children in a safe and respectful manner.  Kid's classes are for children ages 7 - 13.
