The Adult Basic class places emphasis on self-defense and the fundamentals of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, using a systematic and proven curriculum. These classes cover techniques that can help you tremendously during a real life street confrontation. Frequent practice and repetition of the basic techniques and concepts condition your body to react quickly and effectively and help build a solid jiu-jitsu foundation. Both standup and ground techniques are presented in these classes. The Basic class is required for all new students, but is open to ANY student.
